Great workout this morning with my identical twin brother Dave Waldman.
Even better? This was taken in Kyoto, Japan—on vacation with our families. But our commitment to health and discipline doesn’t take time off!
Dave isn’t my accountability partner because he gives me advice or lectures me about fitness. He’s my wingman because he leads by example. When that alarm goes off and the temptation is to sleep in, I know he’s going to suit up and hit the gym. That inspires me to do the same.
No excuses. No shortcuts. Just action.
This is what it means to have a wingman.
Someone who holds you accountable and keeps you on mission.
Someone who wants the best for you, and emulates what it takes to get there.
Someone who reminds you of your commitment to results.
In fitness, business, and life—we perform better when we’re not flying solo.
To the leaders out there: Who’s your wingman?
And who are you showing up for?
